The objective and its limits.
25%Illustrative gross sale-price uplift objective
A gross sale price above documented acquisition cost, with a target period of approximately 6 months after custody acceptance. This is not a net member return or a guarantee. Costs and fees reduce proceeds.
No buyer, sale, timing, profit or recovery of capital is guaranteed. A member may lose all of the allocation and associated costs. Participation depends on eligibility, available lots and final terms.

Ownership and settlement.
The intended structure is direct ownership of an identified parcel. The final allocation notice and legal review determine title, costs, custody and enforceability.
Serialised packaging and NFC access remain concepts, not operational benefits.
Review
Eligibility and onboarding
Eligibility review, KYC, beneficial-owner screening, NDA and the private membership documents. Approval to proceed does not yet activate membership.
Allocation notice
A specific lot, budget, expected costs, source, quality information and conditions precedent.
Protected funding
Funds enter the named banking or escrow structure and remain blocked until the agreed evidence is complete. Safeguarding depends on the final legal account structure.
Independent checks
Source, title, lawful origin, export, inspection, insurance, logistics and custody readiness are reviewed.
Acquisition
Closing and membership
Funds release against title transfer and custody acceptance. Completion of the first qualifying acquisition activates membership, followed by the member title pack. Final documents and legal review must confirm enforceability.
Custody
Custody and reporting
The lot is separately recorded. The named provider, insurance scope, exclusions and valuation basis must be disclosed. The draft envisages at least quarterly reporting.
Member decisions
Optional sales campaign
Approved channels may seek buyers within your written authority. Related-party transactions require disclosure and specific approval; material preparation costs require authority.
Settlement
Title transfers against cleared buyer funds under the agreed protected settlement method. A closing statement records deductions and net proceeds payable to your verified account.
The private provider register must identify the contracting company, funding provider, supplier, gemologist, custodian, insurer and sales agent. Fees and conflicts must be disclosed.
Frequently asked questions.
What should I consider before acquiring?
A qualifying acquisition requires eligibility checks, independent advice and an understanding of illiquid assets. It is not suitable for guaranteed-income or short-term liquidity needs.
What happens to membership if I later sell my lot?
The continuation and renewal terms after a sale still need to be finalised. Ask the team to confirm these in your private membership documents before joining.
Can I apply on behalf of an organisation?
Yes. Authority and beneficial ownership are verified during private onboarding.
What if I decide not to acquire?
You can enquire and review the private information without committing. If you do not complete a qualifying acquisition, membership does not activate. Any accepted transaction commitments are governed by the signed documents.
What can I do at campaign review?
Consider an offer, extend the mandate, hold the lot, propose another approved sales channel or request lawful delivery where permitted. Each route remains subject to the agreement, applicable costs and compliance.
What are the main risks?
Rough emeralds may take a long time to sell and a sale may not occur. A member may lose part or all of the allocated capital and associated costs. There is no transparent exchange price. Colour, inclusions, treatment, origin, size, condition and cutting yield can materially affect value. Documents, suppliers, service providers, custodians, insurers and buyers may fail, default or become subject to dispute. Loss, damage, substitution, record error, transport interruption and inadequate insurance are possible despite controls. Foreign-exchange movements, duties, taxes, professional fees, custody and logistics can reduce or eliminate any profit.
What legal and regulatory conditions apply?
Club information is preliminary, not a public offer, prospectus, recommendation, deposit product, guarantee, fiduciary advice or personal investment advice. Participation depends on eligibility, due diligence, available lots, final documents and applicable law. Cross-border rules, marketing restrictions, export requirements and member eligibility may change or restrict a transaction. Operator identity, providers, commercial terms and legal structure remain subject to approval; this website creates no obligation to admit a member or complete a transaction. Obtain independent legal, tax, regulatory, financial and gemstone advice. No funds should be accepted before the required approvals or released before title, source, quality, insurance, custody, logistics, banking and counterparty checks are complete. Imagery is illustrative, not proof of origin, title, quality, treatment, availability or value. Final contracts govern; the full agreement is provided privately after the team qualifies an enquiry.
